The process of #PoS block mining involves the utilization of hashing and difficulty, but increasing computing power does not guarantee a higher success rate. However, the stake modifier adds a level of entropy, thus making it more difficult to predict the blocks. A higher number of coins staked can increase the chances of success. In the event of a sudden decrease in stakers, new kernel hashes are generated, presenting an opportunity for the remaining stakers to stake a #PoS blocks. #Qtum
